The Material - Karelian Masur Birch
Karelian masur birch comes from northeastern Finland and Russia, where this rare wood is highly appreciated and sought after. The attractive irregularity in structure only appears in a few logs among hundreds of regular birch trees and is highly prized by scandinavian artisans. Usually the logs are quite short and thin. Due to its rarity the wood is paid by weight in Finland, Sweden and Russia. The high-gloss surface applied to the wood accentuates the individual veining of the grain making this brush a work of art whilst recognising the beauty of nature.
The Brush- Silvertip Fibre
Invented by Mühle, Silvertip Fibre is very soft at the tips but more stable than natural hair in the middle section. These characteristics produce a pleasant, soft sensation on the skin when the lather is applied. In daily use, the manually processed fibres are less sensitive than natural hair as they dry more quickly and are resistant to shaving soaps and creams.
The completely vegan fibres are easier to use than natural hair as they produce a particularly creamy and thick lather from a small amount of shaving soap or cream, which is used much more sparingly as a result.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
